We hope you’ll love everything you buy from us, but if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 28 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. Returns are FREE for UK customers.
• You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.
• If you are looking to receive a refund then you will need to return the item to us first.
• Returns are free for UK customers when using the free returns labels you have been provided.
• There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill in the returns note and put it inside your parcel and pop it back to us with your return.
• Make sure to check the order number is correct and noted on your returns note.
• Lost your returns note? No problem – just email us for a replacement.
• Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the post office.
• If you want to exchange then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
• You will be refunded the price you purchased your item at. This also includes sale items. Upgraded carriage services chosen by you when you placed your order e.g. by next day instead of using our standard delivery are non refundable however any basic rate paid will be refundable
• If you're returning underwear, swimwear or any item marked with a + next to the product name, do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
• All goods will be inspected on return.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
• We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
• We try hard to accept all returns, they don’t need to be in the original shipping box or bag, as long as they're securely packed.
• Returned items should include tags and any packaging e.g. shoes should be returned with the original shoe box.
• In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund issued.

You can return any item to us within 28 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition).
All we ask is that you make sure the order number is confirmed on your returns note, and whether you want a refund or an exchange of any items. We can't take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.
If you'd like to exchange an item please return it for a refund and then re-order.
If you're a UK customer, please drop your item into any post office and be sure to obtain a proof of sending.
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and completed.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return. This is usually done within 2 working days of receiving your return into our warehouse.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
Returns don’t need to be in the original shipping box or bag, as long as they’re securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you with no refund issued

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.
It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - please obtain for proof of posting just incase your parcel goes missing in the mail.

Have you received my returned items?
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in the UK, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
Please see the below timeframes as a guide:
• Ireland - 14 working days
• France and Germany – 14 working days
• Spain and Italy - 15 working days
• Rest of World – 21 working days
Please note working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return back at our warehouse in the UK in its original condition. Once received, we'll refund your original payment method - this is usually done within 2 working days.
It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
